Product Compliance
(A Modern Necessity)
Listen, my friend, and I'll tell you why,
Now, more than ever, you must comply.
Tough agencies are now the rule.
Whoever ignores them is a fool.
Don't you know that courts of law
Will make you pay for every flaw?
This, my friend, is the consumer's age
To forget it puts you on the villain's page.
"Let the seller beware", is what they say,
And it calls for diligence night and day.
It's too bad for you when your product fails,
For judges heed only consumers' wails.
Make sure your product is good and safe
For if it isn't. you've sealed your fate.
Oh, yes, my friend, You must comply,
And if you don't, your business will die.
A Failing product will bring on jeers,
And cause your enemies to get the cheers.
Compliance testing is a must.
These days they'll sue for a speck of rust.
So, my friend, I hope you see
A reliable product is a necessity.
To ignore today's consumer trend
Will lead you to a bankrupt end.
Compliance laws are not a joke.
Whoever thinks so will end up broke.
A lawyer welcomes each customer bitch.
With enough of them, he'll get rich.
Don't give the buyer a chance to sue
By releasing a product that will not do.
Test for compliance to every spec,
And you'll have a business no one can wreck.
You can sell your product with confidence,
If first you test it with diligence.
A complying product will money make,
For nobody dares call it a fake.
The secret is to get Evidence
Which proves Compliance with Confidence.
